ISN Medical, a leading provider of high-quality medical diagnostic solutions, sought to enhance customer engagement and streamline order processing. Their existing system lacked a user-friendly interface for customers and relied on manual order notifications for the admin team.

The Problem

The manual order process was prone to errors and delays, impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, the lack of a dedicated mobile app limited ISN’s ability to reach and engage customers on their preferred platform.

Our Solution

We developed ISN MOBILE, a custom mobile app that empowers customers to browse products, place orders, and track deliveries seamlessly. The app integrates with Odoo ERP and a custom Admin Backend, automating order notifications and enabling efficient order processing.

The Result

ISN Medical experienced a significant increase in customer engagement, with a higher volume of orders placed through the mobile app. The automated order notification system eliminated manual errors and reduced processing time, resulting in improved operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction.
